Diagnosis

Male scape widest close to apex and narrow at base; mesoscutum metallic bluish-purple, with anterior ½ with raised and weak reticulation, posterior ½ with engraved and weak reticulation; scutellum metallic dark purple, with engraved and very weak reticulation, partly smooth; femora dark brown; tibiae yellowish-brown; first gastral tergite with weak traces of punctures in posterior part.

Distribution

USA (Missouri, Virginia).

Biology

From a Microgaster cocoon (Hymenoptera: Braconidae); Ancylis nubeculana Quaintance (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae).
